Why isn't my carpet symmetrical?
Handmade Carpets are frequently asymmetrical. A perfect symmetry of handmade carpets is difficult. Every single carpet is unique and thus very exclusive.
Why are there color differences?
Coloured differences are not an indication of bad quality - It's a sign of naturalness! Only exclusively high-grade yarns of renowned manufacturers are used. Wool yarn are not produced synthetically or industrial. They have coloured differences by nature. Coloured differences can also be a result of different incidence of light.
Why are there fluffs on my carpet?
Don´t worry - Fluffs on your carpet are excess wool rests. Carpets can be maintained by vacuum cleaning.
How can I remove folds from my carpet?
Carpets can be maintained weekly by vacuum cleaning. So you can remove folds from your carpet.
Was my carpet produced without child labour?
Don´t worry - Our carpets are produced without child labour.
Was my carpet colored with natural or synthetic colors?
Natural colours are in our own interest. But in India they often use natural and synthetically colours.

Is there any possibility to have a look at the carpet in real life?
We don´t sell by retail or have a store to have a look at the carpet in real life. But you can visit us on our opening hours on our warehouse in Hamburg HafenCity.
What does the price of the carpet depend on?
The price of the carpet made up of many factors. Key factors: material, origin, size, knot density, processing .There are many differences and so our carpets have different pricing structures.
Orders
Where can I see my orders?
First you will have to sign in with your log-in information. Now you will see a little man with the word "user". If you click on "user" you can see your order.
How can I cancel an order?
Are you not completely happy with your order? So you can cancel your order within 24 hours. Send us within 24 hours an email at info@carpetfinde.de.
How can I change an order?
You have wrongly placed a product in the shopping cart? You can click on the cart and delete the product or change the number of products.

How do you guarantee a hitch-free ordering process?
An experienced team of an agency takes care of our shop. They ensure a save purchase procedure with SSL encryption. The regular installation of security updates so you can buy easily and secure online. If there are any problems, we will do our best to resolve issues.
Which security measures do you use?
Your personal informations are treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Your personal data will be transferred to us using SSL encryption andtreated confidentially, in keeping with the German Data Protection Act. So a purchasing without risk is allowed.

In order to make paying for your purchase as convenient as possible, we offer you paying thru creditcard, advance payment and PayPal.

Which costs do I have when ordering a carpet?
Shipping in Europe is for free. If you are looking for a shipping outside Europe you will pay 43 € shipping fees. From a value of goods of 320 € per order we will bear the shipping charges for all other international shipments. If you have any questions please send us an email or simply ring us.
How long does the shipping take?.
Do you want your carpet so fast as possible? This is also in our best interest. The delivery of ordered carpets follow within 3 days after receiving payment. We do our best!
Do I have to stay at home, when the carpet is delivered?
Even when you are not at home you can pick up your carpet from the packstation at any time.
What can I do, when my carpet is damaged?
We only have a limited influence on the terms of delivery. So your carpet could damaged in the individual case. In this case you can use the withdrawal time limit of 30 days.
Sending Back / Return
I don't like the carpet anymore. Can I return it?
If you don´t like the carpet you can return it whitin the withdrawal time limit of 30 days. You doesn´t have to give any reason. Here you can find the standard withdrawal.
Is there anything I need to consider when I return the carpet?

Who does bear the shipping costs when I'd like to return the carpet?
Carpetfine bear the shipping costs when you like to return the carpet whitin the withdrawal time limit of 30 Days.

Your data are protected at our company. We use your data only for the ordering process and the shipping.

We guarantee a safe use of your personal data. If you have provided us with personal data, you can request that we delete your data at any time - please send us an email or simply ring us. Your wish is our command!
